How to Sign Up
Three quick paths to get your athlete enrolled — pick the one that fits where you're starting.
Before You Start
Enrollment lives in the Parent Portal. You'll create a Parent Profile, then add a child profile for your athlete, then pick the membership that's right for them. Most parents finish in under 10 minutes.
I'm New — I don't have a Parent Profile yet
Start here if this is your first time enrolling a child with Synergy Sports.

Click Enroll Now
Use the gold Enroll Now button in the top navigation, or any "Enroll" link on the site.

Create your Parent Profile
Enter your name, email, phone, and address. You'll set a password so you can sign back in any time. We'll send you a confirmation email.

Add a child profile for your athlete
Fill in your child's name, date of birth, gender, grade, school, allergies, and any medical info we should know. Adding a profile photo is optional but recommended for coaches.

Sign them up for a membership
Pick the tier that fits — Team Member, 2-Day, 1-Day, or a Drop-In. You'll add a payment method and you're done. See pricing.
I have a Parent Profile but no child profile yet
Good — you're halfway there. Sign in and add the child you want to enroll.

Sign in to the Parent Portal
Use the Login link in the top right. Forgot your password? Use the reset link on the login page.

Add a child profile
From your dashboard, click Add Child. Enter your athlete's name, date of birth, grade, school, and any medical/allergy info coaches should know.

Sign them up for a membership
On the new child's card, click Choose Membership and pick the tier that fits. See pricing.
I have a Parent Profile and my child already has a profile
Fastest path — just sign in and pick a membership.

Click the Login link in the top right.

Sign them up for a membership
On your child's card, click Choose Membership (or Change Membership if you're upgrading or downgrading). Confirm payment and you're set.
Common Questions
Can I add more than one child?
Yes. Sign in, click Add Child, and you can have as many child profiles on one Parent Profile as you need. Families with 2 or more enrolled athletes receive a multi-child discount automatically.
Both parents want access — how does that work?
After enrollment, the primary parent can invite a co-parent or guardian from the dashboard. They'll get their own login and shared access to the child's schedule, payments, and communications.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AmEx, Discover) through Stripe. Auto-pay is optional and can be turned on or off at any time.
